All order will be shipped in a pouch bag inside a beautiful pink box, along with care instruction card and blank note. If you wish to send the jewelry as a gift, please feel free to email the writing on the note and also if you would like a gold ribbon as a gift wrap, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

Via Pos Indonesia : 10-15 business days for our regular service.
1. We handle and ship your orders as fast as we could. Most of in-stock pieces are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, pending payment authorization and verification. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
2. As soon as your transaction is approved by our payment gateway system, we will proceed your order. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code. Please allow 1 day for tracking info to update.
3. Please note that international packages may be subject to your local duties and taxes. Bits of Bali Jewelry is not responsible for any additional charges. Please check your local customs website for more information.
4. Shipping times may vary due to custom delays country by country and service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Bits of Bali Jewelry, such as interruptions of transportation systems or shipping companies, your bank or credit card.
5. Bits of Bali Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages showing confirmed delivery to the proper address. In the unfortunate event that your package goes missing, please contact your local post office or DHL/FedEx immediately for record of non-delivered packages. We will do our best to assist in tracking down its location from our side and get your order to you as quickly as possible.
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
REFUND
To request a refund, please fill out the form at bitsofbali.returnscenter.com. If you inquire further information, email us at info@bitsofbali.com
1. Online orders are eligible for refund within 14 days (for international shipment) of original shipping date from Bali, Indonesia. For domestic purchase, we offer an exchange and credit point.
2. All sale items, engraved and custom items are final sale. We do not accept refunds or exchanges on these pieces.
3. No refunds are accepted without following the proper return approval from us.
4. Items should be returned unworn, clean, and undamaged. Items are subject to inspection upon their return. Bits of Bali Jewelry reserves the right to refuse returns that are damaged or show signs of slight wear.
5. When returning items for a refund, a $15 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
6. Refund will be processed once received and inspected at our office. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
7. No outbound shipping costs from the original order are refunded or credited.
8. All returns must include original pouch and box, wrapped in bubble wrap and put in the envelope.
9. If you are returning the package from outside Indonesia, you must write and declare the parcel as “RETURN” on your custom declaration.
EXCHANGE
An exchange of items can be done by returning back the items for store credit. The restocking fee will be waived and credit will be applied once product has been delivered and inspected at our office. However, the shipping cost for both ways will be carried by our customer. The condition of the items must returned in perfect condition. To exchange your items, you may use the store credit to repurchase your desired new items for equal or larger. WARRANTY
As an extra service for our customers, Bits of Bali Jewelry offers a 30 day warranty for manufacturing defects (such as defective clasps or stone settings) valid from the date of purchase in the store or the date of online shipment arrival. This EXCLUDES the discoloration of metals (eg, accidental perfume spray, sunscreen lotion, individual sweat chemistry reaction to the silver, etc) or damage resulting from accidents or individual negligence (eg, scratches, dents, broken/missing chains, etc). Our warranty does not denote a replacement of an item but rather a repair or re-plating service.
Send us an email at info@bitsofbali.com and be prepared to send your jewelry back to us in Bali in the original packaging with the original receipt. The shipping cost both ways is paid by the customer.
AFTER SALES SERVICE
Love our jewelry so much until it’s wearing out? Though our gold plating is exceptionally thick and the pieces hand crafted by our skilled silversmiths, sometimes a piece needs a little extra love. Don't worry, with an extra cost, we offer gold re-plating service after your purchase as a part of our customer service to our loyal customers. Simply ship the jewelry in the original box back to our shop in Bali and your jewelry will come back sparkly and has its new life!
If you need a repair on your jewelry, please contact us at info@bitsofbali.com, describe the issue and you will receive a repair/ reconditioning assessment and quote. Once we send you the assessment, we recommend you to ship the jewelry to us with the original receipt in a secured package via insured mail service. The shipping cost both ways is paid by the customer.
LIMITATIONS
Items must be Bits of Bali jewelry and purchased via our Bali shops or online shop www.bitsofbali.com.
Warranties only valid for 30 Days from date of purchase or the date of shipment arrival.
Repairs will be individually priced in the assessment.
