All order will be shipped in a pouch bag inside a beautiful pink box, along with care instruction card and blank note. If you wish to send the jewelry as a gift, please feel free to email the writing on the note and also if you would like a gold ribbon as a gift wrap, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

To protect your jewelry content, all orders are insured via the insurance shipping provider.

Free shipping. 1-3 business days delivery via JNE, TIKI or Pos Indonesia.
Same Day shipping. Please choose Express shipping if you wish to receive the jewelry in Bali within hours.
INTERNATIONAL :
Free international shipping for purchase above USD 250.
Via FedEx or DHL : 3-5 business days for express service.
Via EMS + DHL : 5-8 business days for semi express service.
Via Pos Indonesia : 10-15 business days for our regular service.
1. We handle and ship your orders as fast as we could. Most of in-stock pieces are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, pending payment authorization and verification. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
2. As soon as your transaction is approved by our payment gateway system, we will proceed your order. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code. Please allow 1 day for tracking info to update.
3. Please note that international packages may be subject to your local duties and taxes. Bits of Bali Jewelry is not responsible for any additional charges. Please check your local customs website for more information.
4. Shipping times may vary due to custom delays country by country and service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Bits of Bali Jewelry, such as interruptions of transportation systems or shipping companies, your bank or credit card.
5. Bits of Bali Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages showing confirmed delivery to the proper address. In the unfortunate event that your package goes missing, please contact your local post office or DHL/FedEx immediately for record of non-delivered packages. We will do our best to assist in tracking down its location from our side and get your order to you as quickly as possible.
