Whether it’s a piece that tells your story or celebrates a moment or a milestone, we’re here to bring your ideas to life. We’ll make sure your custom design is everything you imagined—and more. Ready to get started? Here’s how it works:  

1. Before proceeding with any inquiries, please note that for custom designs and orders, we exclusively work with solid gold (14K or 18K in yellow, white, or rose gold) and, if desired, incorporate natural or lab-grown diamonds, as well as precious gemstones. Unfortunately, we do not offer custom designs in sterling silver, as we already have a dedicated line of silver jewelry available on our website and in our Bali stores.
   
   

2. If you decide to move forward, you can reach out to us via Instagram, email, or WhatsApp (Click here to chat by WhatsApp) to share your ideas, reference images or videos, budget range (minimum and maximum, so we can recommend suitable stone options), metal preference (14K or 18K in yellow, rose, or white gold), and your choice of stones (type, size, shape, etc.).
   
   

3. We'll set up a design consultation, which can be done in person in Ubud, via phone call, email, or WhatsApp. The production timeline is approximately 6-8 weeks. Should you inquire shorter deadline please feel free to send us a message, and we will try our best to cater to your request.
   
   

4. Once we have agreed on the design, we will provide a rough estimate and a deposit of approx. 40-50% is inquired, payable via credit card link or bank transfer.
   
   

5. We will then create a 3D/CAD design and share it with you for approval. Revisions up to 2x can be made until you are fully satisfied with the design.
   
   

6. During the production process, we will send pictures and videos whenever possible to keep you involved and build trust between Bits of Bali and our clients.
   
   

7. Once your jewelry piece is completed, the payment of the remaining balance and any applicable shipping costs (for international orders) is required. The jewelry will be shipped via FedEx or DHL, arriving within 3-5 business days worldwide.
